Shurffa Nur Raudhah is a big girl now!!! but still and always be Shukra's baby girl...hehe...

Although the party was held a little bit late from the actual birthday date...but at least... we managed to celebrate the memorable day together...right???hehe...

Shukra designed the cake she intended for her baby girl and I designed the cake according to the skecthes..ye kot same...kalau x same...ampuuunnn dipinta...hehehe

Barbie Doll Cake~~~

First attempt of a Barbie Doll cake...it's not  a real Barbie actually...hehehhe...

I just bought the doll in a baking supplier shop and bake the skirt...

Ordered by a friend at 12AM!!! 

tgh mamai baca msg...i thought I was dreaming about someone ordering a cake~~~hahaha...

it's been a long time since I baked and haven't been playing with fondant for quite a some time...

but I enjoyed making this barbie skirt...

Thanks to my friend and his sister for giving me the opportunity to explore and expand my creativity in baking and indirectly in 'fashion design'...hahahha...

Okay....hope the bday girl love it...

Birthday girl!!!

It's a birthday surprise for a 5 years old girl...My customer did not mentioned any special theme for her birthday but she wanted cute toppings for the cuppies...since it's a girl, I thought maybe princess or fairies theme would be the best...And finally I choose fairies...with bright colors...
I made a 'fat' fairies, some mushrooms, magic wand, and flying fairies without legs...hehehe

She wanted to have a simple cake with just a birthday wish...
And requested a bear on top of the cake...
It's a fully chocolate cake...

Requested by my 'client'...hehehe...Simple yet elegant~~~for her friends (Adwina & Emma) birthday.She showed me a sample pic, and wanted to have the same theme, color, etc...I just substituted the covered fondant with buttercream icing, since many people don't really favor fondant...too sweet...




This mini cupcake is for a lady, a friend of my x-studiomate, who's celebrating her 40th birthday...if I'm not mistaken...he wanted to have simple, small, nice cupcakes...to share them with his classmates...

Just trying out my new mold...and using my leftover gumpaste...
I colored the gumpaste before molding it...but u really need to be patient...and TADAAAA....there U have it...but the texture looks crumpled because the gumpaste harden ....
I left it unwrapped...my fault...

BIG-DAY CUPCAKES

I made these cupcakes for my niece...it's her 1 st birthday...
Her mother wanted her to celebrate her big day with her frenz at the nursery centre...So I was thinking...butter cream would be much better for them...because some of them don't have
teeth...hehehe.....
But I did put gumpaste for ''aesthetic'' features...and brushed some gold powder for glittery effect...
Next year, I'll make a fairy novelty cake for her 2nd big day...Yiya is still trying hard...^_^
