SEOUL GARDEN

Earlier this month, I went to SEOUL GARDEN at Paradigm Mall.

I went there for lunch and I ate a lot and realized I forgot to snap photos...

I managed to captured only few...or should I say very2 few???hahaha

Haven't updated my blog for quite a time..

Been busy doin sumting..

Ok..Had lunch with a friend at Dubu Dubu...

Dubu Dubu- A Korean delicacies restaurant..and most importantly..HALAL...

We order the lunch set meal...but I ordered extrrrra side meal..the Tteobokki...

macam best jer tgk drama Korea diorg mkn tepi jalan tu...hahaha...

Ok..Let's look at the dishes..

Overall, we paid around RM56.20 for the meals..and drinks..Will come back for the Tteobokki..hehehe...

COCONUT ICE CREAM

can be found in Kelantan only...perhaps oneday i can find this outside Kelantan...hehe...

with sticky rice and bread at the bottom..coconut flesh..coconut ice cream...peanuts..corn and some jellies...and ngap3 ..melted in ur mouth....nyum3....

Buttered Prawn

Salam Semua...Salam 29 Ramadhan...
Today is our last fasting day...hopefully we gained Barakah throughout our fasting month this year...InsyaAllah...
Okay...its a bit late actually..but I still wanna share with you guys a recipe I tried a couple of weeks ago...Buttered Prawn recipe with egg floss....

This is how my Buttered prawn turned out...hangus la pulak!!!tapi sedap jer...hehehehe...bukan perasan semata2...tapi kenyataan...maklumlah...buat dengan penuh kasih sayang~~~hehehe...

Udang Goreng Butter/Buttered Prawn

Sarang Telur

2 biji Kuning Telur
Sesenduk Butter/Margerin
Secawan Minyak masak

Pukul ringan kuning telur.
Panaskan Butter/Margerin bersama minyak. Sebaiknya gunakan senduk bulat. Bila minyak dalam kuali sudah betul betul panas, pusing pusingkan dengan senduk tu laju laju membentuk bulatan sehala tanpa henti.

Kemudian tuangkan kuning telur tadi, tuang tinggi sikit supaya yang jatuh ke dalam kuali tu halusss jer. Teruskan pusing minyak tu laju laju dan tuang hingga habis. Pusing terus senduk tu sehingga telur tu masak berwarna keemasan.

Setelah masak tuangkan ke dalam tapis seperti tapis santan besi untuk toskan minyaknya. Langkah seterusnya kita siapkan pula udangnya. 


Udang:
12 ekor udang 
Sedikit Garam
Sedikit lada sulah
Minyak untuk menggoreng
3 ulas bawang putih - dicincang
6-8 tangkai cili padi - dihiris

5 tangkai daun kari
1/4 cawan susu cair/susu segar
Sedikit Butter/Margerin untuk menumis
Sedikit Serbuk Lada Hitam/Putih - jika suka
Garam secukup rasa

Mula mula goreng dulu udang yang digaul dengan sedikit garam dan lada sulah sehingga agak berubah warna dan masak. Jangan goreng terlalu lama sangat nanti udang akan mengecut, tak cantik dan agak keras bila dimakan. Angkat dan toskan minyaknya. Keluarkan minyak tu dari kuali, tak nak guna lagi.
Panaskan butter/margerin di dalam kuali dan tumis bawang putih, cili padi dan daun kari hingga garing dan naik bau. 

Kemudian masukkan susu cair dan masak sebentar. Masukkan udang yang digoreng tadi, sedikit serbuk lada hitam/putih dan garam secukup rasa. Jangan bubuh banyak sangat garam yer sebab butter atau margarine sudah ada garam.

Setelah semua bahan masak dan mesra, bolehlah dimasukkan ke dalam pinggan hidangan dan taburkan sarang telur/floss yang kita buat tadi. Siapp.. Senang kann..

However..I skipped the fresh milk part...x nak lemak sangat...hehe...

First of all...i would like to wish all Muslims out there...Happy Ramadhan Al- Mubarak...May this year will be better than last year and hopefully...we gained lots of Barakah and benefits from our fasting days for the past 29 days...(okay...tomorrow will be the last day of Ramadhan...)...tsk...tsk...T_T...

my obsession of course reading novels..and sometimes...i tried to relate the storyline to my future days...do you get me??oklah...i read mostly romance novels...so of course i would love to meet my future husband similar to the novel storyline...romantik sangat!!!!^_^

inside the mug are bubble gums....i like bubble gums... jaw exercise...ok what???alasan jer...hehehe...

and of course...my pencil case...sume harta karun ade dlm tu...got all sorts of stationaries which i use daily...sekarang jer jarang skit pakai...maklumlah...dah abis blajar...tgulah time PHD nanti...mesti pakai balik...next year...InsyaAllah...pray for me...

Located inside Subang Parade where you can enjoy western dishes as well as ice cream either for appertizer or as dessert...I've been here twice and the service were excellent!!thumbs up!!!hehehe...

and the ambiance...quite ermmmm...sunyi kot????maybe because there were not many customers during my visits...but I can say the dishes are affordable...yup..their prices range from affordable to expensive though...tapi oklah kalau mkn 1 kali utk 2 bulan...kan???saje jer nak mkn aiskrim cantik mcm di bawah ini...^_^V...

Actually what I wanna highlight here is...I like to eat...ok...

 I heard people used to say that inactive cats might grow their fangs which will eventually kill themselves...due to the length of their fangs...I'm quite worried with my kids...since they can be considered as inactive cats...maybe because they are house cats????hmmm.....

A wedding wishes card for a beautiful bride...using beads stickers and quilling paper...1st time though trying out this design...but I'm quite happy with the outcome...hehehe

Haaaa...below is a card made for a cute birthday girl...a daughter of a friend...

I drew the outline and paste the fabric, laces and the wool yarn using glue...hihihihi...

Last weekend, my parents and i went to have our breakfast in Janda Baik, Pahang... We went to Kopi n Kraf rest area and the place is awesome...with Balinese influence and of course...blend with the NATURE ENVIRONMENT...

Alhamdulillah...

Praised be to Allah for giving us the strength and Barakah to complete this dissertation...

I pray nothing but the best and success to my colleagues and for those who will be submitting their dissertation next semester...

We had a small farewell party during lunch hour...we had Nasi Mandy (Nasi Arab) which was very delicious...Thanks to Along and Kak Dee...hehehe...good choice...
