RAYA RAYA RAYA!!!!!

Hola!!!oppsss....SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI MAAF ZAHIR DAN BATIN...
dis year I celebrated my Raya in Kelantan...and I am still in Kelantan...celebrating my hari raya...ummm actually I'm doing my dissertation here...hahaha...2 in 1...ok ler tue....
Ok2...my topic of course would be relating to Hari raya...but with some additional infos regarding unique treats or I would say snack/ kueh from Kelantan....You can never get any of those outside Kelantan...or perhaps very limited I guess...kalau jumpe pun kire bertuah kot...

Ok mule2...picca Raya...yay!!!ermm and our theme for this year is peach...actually this is the first year we celebrate Hari Raya by having theme colour...hahaha...quite interesting...kekekekekeke....

Every year we receive angpao from the elders during Hari Raya... although I didn't received any since high school..huhuhu...nvmd...This year i made angpao...custom made for my cousin and aunt...there are two design according to the needs by my customers...below are the pics...nebes3...

Juadah di Bulan Ramadhan

Ok...pagi kemas bilik....petang masak lah utk berbuka...

1st attempt to prepare the "chicken leg" salad...ala2 Thai/ Kelantanese...

The outcome...

First, I boiled the chicken leg for about 45 mins...while waiting for the chicken to cook, I prepared the garnishing....which consist of salad, tomatoes, onion, chilies and lime juice...Then I added the ingredients together and put it in a chiller...while waiting for the Azdhan... to break fast...hehe...

Aktiviti di Bulan Ramadhan...

Today is the second day of Ramadhan...

When i woke up this morning, i realized that my room need to have some makeover...

or should i say, I must tidy up my room...kekekekeke....

So....without wasting any time, after Subuh prayer (hmmm I skipped my Sahur...T_T), I rearranged the furnitures in my room...alone...huhu...oh ya...but "my son" helped me by "browsing" around the room...

And after completed tiding up the room and changed the bed sheet as well...look who slept on my bed...

off to Penang + Lembah Bujang~~~

our second trip for this semester is to Penang + Lembah Bujang...

We went there to see the conservation sites and heritage sites in Georgetown, Penang and the excavation sites/ Candi in Lembah Bujang..very interesting for those who appreciate heritage like us; student of Heritage and Conservation Management...

Barbie Doll Cake~~~

First attempt of a Barbie Doll cake...it's not  a real Barbie actually...hehehhe...

I just bought the doll in a baking supplier shop and bake the skirt...

Ordered by a friend at 12AM!!! 

tgh mamai baca msg...i thought I was dreaming about someone ordering a cake~~~hahaha...

it's been a long time since I baked and haven't been playing with fondant for quite a some time...

but I enjoyed making this barbie skirt...

Thanks to my friend and his sister for giving me the opportunity to explore and expand my creativity in baking and indirectly in 'fashion design'...hahahha...
